Quality is so bad for new black caviar

I've personally found Made In Italy flaps to be superior in quality and workmanship.
I went to Chanel in SF yesterday to look for black caviar SLG's and was stunned by the poor quality. I have a few caviar pieces I bought 9 years ago including a GST and there is no comparison. The current caviar leather felt cheap. I was so disappointed
Is anyone finding with their classics that the inner closure button doesn't align with the snap closure button? I finally received the M/L and have this issue. Basically, if I want to fasten the button, I have to force pull the inner flap down. I really don't plan to fasten it every time, so I'm worried that the button will rub against the leather causing wear. Is this happening to anyone else's classic?
Mine's like that. I have a hard time closing the inner flap so I end up not fastening it....
Here's a picture of my three caviar ones so anyone can see the quality difference. At the back there is my 2006 jumbo( shiny and puffy as new) , on the left my pst from 2009 and on the right the 2005 ml classic flap.
...and finally a side by side comparison between the 2006 jumbo (on the left) and the 2015 ml classic flap. You cannot tell from the pic but the 2006 bag is so shiny and puffy. And this year the caviar ones I saw were sooo dull so I went for a lambskin one.
UGH Im so upset with my caviar jumbo! I got this as a gift last Christmas and I've only used it 10 times :/ I don't use the secret pocket or stuff my bag so I dont know how it came loose? My mom purchased it while on vacation in NY so do I have to call NY or just bring it to my local NM? I'm so bummed because I was going to use it a lot this fall since it's my only bigger black purse.

This usually happens if you use the secret comparment or flip the flap wide open per leather specialist at the boutique. My flap came from Paris and I brought it into a US boutique and the store re-stitch at no cost. Bring it in asap cuz it takes about 4-6 weeks.
Hi Ladies, I need your opinion on my M/L flap's caviar. I know this may appear like obsessive nitpicking...but I adore my WOC's small, shiny caviar (perfect to me), and my flap's caviar has bigger caviar grains, and is a little less shiny (though by no means matte to my eyes.)
For what it's worth, my very first WOC that I got when I was new and wasn't informed by being a member of this site...was plasticky and ugly and matte, and merely on that instinct I returned it and waited for a new batch to come in. I wish I'd taken a picture then of the dry/matte WOC to compare to.
However, since it's taken me like 2 months to even get this M/L caviar classic SHW to even consider, I really ought to keep this, I'm thinking...do you guys agree?

I actually think you got the smaller, more pebbly/shiny caviar that I slightly prefer!
