I have the Miranda in python. I know you can't use the MK cleaner on it and customer service was no help. I was initially told there was a specific cleaner for it on the website. No such luck. Customer Service (after initially telling me to use the MK cleaner), informed me it's only sold in collection stores. She gave me the number to the store
a nonworking number. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My dad wears a lot of exotic skin shoes and belts like croc, snakeskin, ostrich, eel and alligator and he would never attempt to selfclean reptile because you can screw up your snake scales. They can lift up really easily. Go to a pro for cleaning and conditioning. A good shoe cobbler can direct you.
Yes, you should use one specific to exotic leather skins. I have heard to be sure you clean the bag prior to applying any conditioning. Best to always do a small test spot, like underneath first. Let us know how it goes.
Great advice everyone. I'll still to professional cleaning. Bag still looks good, but was worried about maintenance. I think the python hides dirt really well.
