Pulling the trigger on my first Chloé purchase

Hello!
I’ve been a long time admirer of all things Chloé but haven’t bought anything yet. My favourite Chloé piece is the Drew bag, I know it maybe out of fashion right now but I think there is something so timeless about it.

I was scouring the pre-loved market, and I came across a gorgeous maroon suede drew bag. It’s in good condition and I’m getting it at a great price! I just wanted to ask if anyone has experience with any chloe suede bags and how durable the material is?

I have the black version of this and the suede has held up very well. The gold hardware has started to tarnish but I have used this bag a lot over the 3 years I’ve had it and haven’t been particularly gentle with it.

I don't think this bag is out of style. I think this is a classic bag shape. It might not be an 'IT' bag anymore but a classic style/shape will never go out of style.
