Hi All

I owned two PS1 bags, one in smoke in medium, and one in midnight in mini-pouch.
I bought the mini pouch from saks.com last year. Recently I found that the hardware piece on one end of the shoulder strap broke and I cannot use it anymore.

I am contacting Proenza Schouler via email now as saks.com says they only guarantee their products for one year (I bought it on 5/28 in 2014 and the hardware broke on 5/31 this year in 2015). Do you guys have any experience working with Proenza Schouler or Saks to get repair done properly?

any experience or feedback would be welcomed!

thanks!
Angie

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience either  I purchased mine secondhand (from someone who purchased it from Barney's), so it doesn't qualify for Proenza Schouler's repair. Would love to hear of any other people's experience with fixing it both w/Proenza, Saks, Barney's or your local cobbler, as my lock pin on the clasp and lining need small fixes.

Would love to hear how your repair goes, lepetitangel— best of luck and please keep us updated
