For anyone thinking of trying out their products, don’t. Their customer service is terrible to say the least. They made a mistake with my formulation and refused to even acknowledge it despite the proof I provided. Avoid, and save yourself the headache.

Lol, yes. That’s the difference between anticipation and reality. I did use the products and was unimpressed. Maybe it was because of the formulation error, but I’ll never know for sure since this company is all about customer acquisition and could care less about retention. Their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating is a big fat “F“ for a reason, with many customers complaining about their lack of responsiveness.
