What is Propay? Is this safe? I thought ebay on accepted Paypal?

I've never used it, but it sounds like a quick, enter-your-card-and-be-done method of payment. There are a handful of payment options accepted, PayPal just happens to be the favorite because ebay owns PayPal.

Thank you. I had never even heard of Propay until I saw it on an auction on ebay. I did not realize ebay now allows other forms of payment. This sounds great.
