Has anyone experienced issues with the website? It won’t recognize my password, even if I request a new one. I’ve tried to order as Guest and it won’t progress beyond the shipping info page. It also removed items from my cart, stating items are not available online, but it still shows as available when choosing sizing options.
Very frustrating. I have boutiques that I can visit but I’m not interested in doing non essential in-store shopping at the moment.

Curious if anyone else has this experience
 
Same thing happened to me when I tried to purchase before the price increase. I ended up calling and the item was out of stock. I would go back to the item and it let me add to my cart but every time I tried to go to checkout it wouldn’t. Eventually it said out of stock during checkout And then said call for availability on product page for my size
 
I was in the Canadian site on Friday and had a hell of a time - site kept crashing when I’d try to pull up my shopping bag.

I’m just holding off and will try again tomorrow or try calling the store directly to see about a curbside pickup.:hrmm:
 
I am able to login to my account, but it's certainly not a pleasant experience. I think they recently tried to refresh the website appearance, but now it barely works! Quite disappointing for a luxury shopping experience...

Yes, exactly. I’m so put off- the markup is ridiculous because of who they are, I would expect that they’d have their website in order
