I'm so mad I can scream! I pre-ordered and paid $1200 for a regular moss lady bag from Curve over a week ago. Of course they charged my card immediately and told me that was the only way to ensure that the bag was reserved. I had to send my cc details on an authorization form which scared me enough, but I was told that my info would be kept secure. So they charge my card and I was told that the delivery date would be in a couple of weeks. The next day I saw that my card was again charged for $609.00 and I freaked out because they had already taken $1200 from me. I immediately called and was told that I would be refunded. They didn't explain to me what happened, but when I demanded that I get a verification of the refund, I saw that my card had been charged for another persons order. Had I not caught it, I would have given someone a pretty nice gift. They were apologetic, but that is all that they offered me. Fair enough I guess, people make mistakes, but now almost 2k of my money is tied up in these bags that I don't have and one that I didn't even order! Well today at 5 pm CST I get an email that the bag that I paid for and was assured would be reserved is no longer available because MG short shipped them and my bag may come in sometime in September. I was then asked if I wanted her to find me a bag for September (what?!? I already paid for one) or refund my money. I asked for the refund because I couldn't believe after all that I get an email that tells me that I don't have a bag, AFTER the official MG launch, that I have since passed up because I thought I had one secured, which is now sold out everywhere. Uggggghhhh!!!! I feel at the very least the courtesy of sending me a bag from this shipment, but no, they basically don't care. I will never order from them again and caution others as well.

Wow!! So sorry this happened to you. I hope you find a bag soon!!

So sorry! That's awful. They should seriously do something to make that up to you.

You know... I have decided that dealing with some of the smaller shops that it's just not worth it with these bags. I had really good experiences with W Concept, but i had some trouble with the stores. First that you pre-order ages in advance for a bag you can't see and there are no returns. Fine, they are a final sale. But I feel like if you prepay, you should be able to at least cancel the preorder before the bag arrives. It's not like they will be stuck with the bag!

Thanks ladies!! The smaller shops are indeed sketchy. I have never heard of so many of these boutiques. I have ordered from Need Supply and Steven Alan and the are very good to deal with.

Need Supply is awesome. I love that shop. I like Steven Alan too, but they have stores in CA, so I get taxed. :/
