Michael Kors Problem with my MK Watch

Hi ladies!!
I got this watch from shopbop few days ago and as I opened to fasten it this little pice came off (it literally flew in the air) the one you see sticked on the face of the watch, this little pice keeps both straps together it so now I can't use it, I contacted shopbop and I can send it back and get a full refund or they can also pay for me to get it fixed, what should I do?? Has anyone had also this problem?? Thanks

looks like someone may have had links removed and decided didnt like it-its beautiful-get it fixed if there arent anymore-it usually costs 6-10 dollars

Any jewelry store can fix that in about 10 minutes...probably less...

If the pin isn't so loose that it keeps sliding back, it's easy to put it back in. A jewelry store can try to to do this for you.

If you have a Michael Kors near you they'll fix it for free. I've brought watches in that I bought online for sizing and they're always more than happy to help. A jeweler will also do it like others said, probably for a few bucks.

This reply maybe to late,but u should return it to Shopbop. I had the exact same thing happen to my watch and it was only 3 months old. I bought mines from the boutique they wouldn't retun it & I had to send it off myself for repair. There is nothing they can do in the boutique, I would send it back & get a refund, I wouldn't even take it to a watch repair it's just not worth it!
