I think there has been a lot of great advice here! I agree that what matters is your intent--and you really cared about avoiding hurting someone! (And you still do--tons!) If only more people cared SO much about what they do and say!!! I can tell you have a lot of integrity--be proud. That is very rare and precious.

but i am still waiting for April 24th to give her the letter ..
that way i can have closure ..
i feel sad that i will probably be in her negative prayers till then but i know God will be on my side
