I'm not sure but in the preview for next week's episode it looked like it was under someone garage and they pose as electric men to get in. T-bag also looks like he's hitting on the woman that lives there. Hopefully he doesn't do something stupid like raping even though he really can't get in anymore trouble than what they are already in.
