Ugh - Andrew - you are 60 some years old - you are supposed to be trying to help take some things from the Queen to help out - she is 95 years old, FFS. But instead you just pile more on her plate.
I am glad for the Grenadier Guards - I am sure they are elated. And they all deserved better than Andrew.

A Service of Thanksgiving for the Duke of Edinburgh will be held at Westminster Abbey on the 29th of this month.
The following royals have confirmed they will be attending the service:
King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium
King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands
King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden
Queen Margrethe of Denmark
Margareta, Custodian of the Crown, and Prince Radu of Romania
King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain
King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway had confirmed their attendance, but King Harald was later diagnosed with Covid19 so it's unsure if he will be well enough to attend. King Harald is also HMTQ's second cousin.

The British royal family, and other European royals, gathered on March 29 to remember the Duke of Edinburgh, who passed away last year at the age of 99.

It is such a shame Andrew’s prominent role has detracted from the beautiful service yesterday - I know it was the Queens wish he escort her but it really spoiled a beautiful event - so lovely to see the 5 oldest great grandchildren there -they will always remember it despite today’s newspaper headlines
