I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

So intresting complaining about being his brother´s spare when he has literally chosen to become a z-list actress´ neutered lap dog. l actually thought he was one of the security guards there. They are spending needless amounts of money. This parade of vehicles is just not necessary. New Yorkers are pretty blasé when it comes to celebs. One of my favorite pictures is of Princess Madeleine and CP Victoria together walking around NYC shopping . Granted they probably had a bodyguard in front and in back of them, but no big fuss. Same with the King and Queen of the Netherlands who were on a private visit to NYC a few years ago. The only ones making a fuss about them are themselves.

I bet they are having Archewell pick up all of their expenses and it’s not coming out of their personal accounts. That’s probably why they came up with the 50 phone display in the first place. They needed an excuse to be in NYC at the same time as the Time100 event.
