hi! This fall I found what I thought was a great deal on a black shearling bag on 24s. It was my first purchase and I got the 10% discount :) it arrived in pristine new condition and Ive used it all winter as my crossbody on the go.

My question is- since I purchased it the 24s price (its still listed) has fluctuated widely, first more than I paid, then less (!), now almost 2x the price. I thought initially maybe it was due to exchange rate or tariffs (Im in the USA) but now its listed way way higher.

Do you guys know what causes major price flux on 24s? It hasn't happened with other LV and other designer items on my wishlist. And its the sale price not using promo codes etc.

They do this one-off 10% for a few items, but otherwise they simply just use the regular in-store prices and adjust them according to their in-house inflation (which is of course much higher than the regular one). For example, if they had a seasonal bag 5 years ago for 1000€, it will be Vuitton-adjusted to be 1500€+ on 24s, no matter if it was never sold for that in-store. They use these French € prices as the base. If the EUR-USD exchange rates change, the prices will adjust instantly. That explains the price going down a little. The steep increase must be safety measure on their side against the planned tariffs, but I just speculate. But I don't see any other reason to be this drastic. Wondering if they can ramp local production up.

It’s great you got this beauty at the lower price A :). Yeah, I noticed these crazy price changes too. Like the two Nanogram loop bags went down to around $1,800 a few weeks ago and now, they are back up to around $2,700 (with the 10% off code). It’s worth it to watch the prices on 24S for the best deal.
