Price for Pre-owned 35cm BBK? :)

Good Day!
I am being offered a 35cm black box kelly retourne made around the year 2000/2001.
It comes complete with the clochette, strap, lock & keys. I was told that it had only a few minor scratches & scuffings at the bottom part & discoloration on the bottom edges. (I am still waiting for the photos to be sent to me so i am unable to post it)
Just to get an idea, so i know if i am getting a fair deal. How much is the price for a pre-owned 35BBK nowadays?

Sorry for my ignorance, but what details should i look or consider to base the condition of the bag. What makes a bag a very good condition or a good or fair one?

With the little information i have about the bag. Is this a good condition for a bag of this age? How much less would a good or fair condition 35 BBK cost?
