Hi all!
This is my first post on the Gucci forum ! I purchased my first Gucci bag (Marmont super mini) in white leather. I was wondering if anyone had Gucci's white leather bags and what their experience was with color (denim) transfer and any tips to prevent it. I love it! But I'm scared of staining it with my clothes. Any tips would be appreciated! Or if there's already a thread on the this topic, if anyone can direct me there.
Thank you!

The other poster is right, its almost impossible, but it helps if the jeans are pretty worn and have been washed a lot of times. Definitely keep your bag away from new jeans! Also lighter denim is a safer bet.

It's usually the indigo dye that transfers, so avoid those color jeans. I've also read washing new jeans with vinegar sets the dye. If you don't mind spraying your leather, I've found that treating it with a protectant spray makes denim transfer on leather easy to wipe off with baby wipes. If you do a search you could find more on the topic!

Unfortunately you have to always be careful and never let the bag rub against your Denim. Long sweaters in a light color do the trick. Light bags are beautiful but so difficult to take care of.
