presentable?

What CT store if You don't mind me asking


Mohegan Sun, Uncasville. Faded, like they were out of ink printed out on a printer receipt, no form of payment, no price mentioned. I hope I will not have a hard time getting my money back....
This is not the first time that the bags come to me this way shipped from the stores... The shoulder strap and the pleats look much worse in person.
It is going back tomorrow. I will give it another try if my store has one, I do not want to bother with another one from one of the stores and not Jax.
 
upon closer inspection of mine i found a hole in the leather between a pleat on the back near the bottom. it is revealing a more rough leather. this is b.s. like i have the time to send it back or go to the store. they have screwed up my entire order i made.
 
That really looks bad. I don't know if they are all like that or not, but from reading this thread, it seems to be a common problem...? I certainly don't think the leather should be coming off the strap like that and showing the white, though. What are you going to do?
 
hmm i am thinking coach will have alot of returns with these bags,i put a dot of glue in the hole as it actually would lift to reveal the underside leather. i fixed it to go back to being a normal pleat. i think it got snagged on something. i like the bag too much and dont wanna risk not getting another. besides that issue the rest of the pleats looks great. now they all do. i really hope you can find another.
 
On behalf of my State of Connecticut, I apologize. That store is in the Casino....it probably smells of smoke too. I'm so sorry this happened to you - I hope you can get it replaced with a perfect one!

Thanks!;) You know, if I knew it is going to be coming from a different store but not Jax, I wouldn't have ordered it. They all come to me like this from stores... vs. Jax when the bag comes with the hardwear still wrapped.
I am going to take it back tonight and I am not sure if i want to do an exchange. I am worried that even if the next one is "perfect" with time the pleats will be coming udone.
 
just a point of reference, the white spots on the round handle are bits of tissue paper. i see a lot of bags come into macys like this. most of it you can get off. i say if you like her keep her and dont worry about the pleats coming undone, but if you're really scared about the like too scared to carry her just return her. my purple came in a box in the dustbag from another store, but she was one of the last ones. she wasnt too terribly wrapped, but there are some spots where i see the pleats misbehaving. it worries me, but i tell my fears i love her and they behave. lol
 
I would be mortified if I let Coach send a gift to someone from me and they received what I received today! Ordered on line but it came from Ct instead of Jax. Thrown in a box... Shoulder strap detached, bent with a permanent fold and scratch marks, lint and dust all over...

I am not sure why ppl dont like to work - they should be happy to have a damn job - TAKE YOUR TIME and package like they would want it shipped to them.
 
When something is ordered in the store no one can control where it comes from. The system takes it from JAX if they have it in stock, but if not, it takes the first available one found and it is shipped from the store where it is in stock. It's kind of an unfortunate system, one in which I've had similar quality problems with before on my own orders, but there isn't a way to change it.
 
For me, it would be hard to live with especially knowing it might get worse. My opinion only, I would take it back and see if I could fall in love with a diff. bag or wait for the new ones coming out.

I placed an order at home on line, that is why I am so surprised it didn't come from Jax since this bag is not sold out on line.

Yes, that is what I am going to do after I have looked at it again. There is nothing to hold folds in place. I am afraid in a year or two the whole bag will look like those few places do now.
