  2. Vlad and I are fortunate to have a large platform with an amazing community of handbag loving people who join us daily from across the globe. We want to be a part of the fix to end systematic racism, both conscious and unconscious. We are taking steps, both personally and professionally, to be better allies for the Black community. You can read more of my thoughts on PurseBlog and discover a great roundup of Black-owned handbag brands as well.

As our forums are shopping-focused, read about the 15 Percent Pledge and consider signing the petition to call on major retailers to pledge 15% of their shelf space to Black-owned businesses. Please reach out to me directly if there is something you feel I could do differently on our forums to be a better ally and make this forum a welcoming community for all.

If you want to deepen your anti-racism work, here is a comprehensive document with resources on books for kids, podcasts, articles, videos and more.

  1. DH came home with a Christmas present for me from Hermes SCP. :yahoo: Actually, it's my "big" present in a little box and I am dying to open it!!! Elephant? Bracelet? ???? This is gonna be sheer torture! :roflmfao:

I can't see the actual box because it's in the small orange bag folded with the ribbon around it so I can't see what size box. ;)

  2. Don't you just love an H Christmas!

  3. OMFG :yahoo: :yahoo:
You have 3 weeks to go before u can open it :roflmfao: :roflmfao:

  4. :sweatdrop: :sweatdrop: :sweatdrop:

  5. Grab some popcorn, it's going to be a long wait......

    ....unless you sneak a peak.....

gently undo the ribbon, take out the box, slide the ribbon to the side, take cover off, snap pics, cover, slide ribbon back on, put box gently back into bag, redo ribbon, put back under the tree.....:graucho:

  6. :sneaky: Rose you are such a bad influence!

  7.

  8. WOW!!! this is total torture!!!! I think I might have to cheat and at least look inside the bag!!! BUT I DIDN'T tell you to do this!!!:graucho:

  9. Hey CB - Maybe you can develop a case of SLEEPWALKING in the next few days, and learn how to untie the box with your eye closed?:confused1:

  14. There was a small orange box under our tree last year. But, since I had selected it, I already knew what it was.....still, it did not matter as I was just as excited Christmas morning, to open and enjoy!

Crochet, now I'm not suggesting that you peek ( yes I am:yes: !!) but IF you do, I still feel you'll enjoy opening it on Christmas!

    Susi, the enabler!:wlae:

  15. I wouldn't wait, I'd have died from the excitement and the anticipation...I'd just sneak under the tree in the middle of the night and just open it, then blame it on the dog...or cat...or kid....or Santa.
