I bought a like-new Chanel Boy through a local reputable consignment store and within three weeks of use, the caviar is starting to peel in places! I’m shocked as I have another caviar bag and it is much more durable. Does anyone have experience taking a bag in to Chanel for quality assurance when you are not the original owner?

I got my classic flap which I bought on Vestiaire Collective repaired free of charge in the Chanel boutique in London. I told them I had purchased it pre-loved and they did not ask to see any receipt or anything!

Sadly, I just noticed that the under area of my Chanel mini rectangle is missing one of the screws. Does anyone know how we can easily get replacements for it without having to send it in officially?

I've had this happen a few times with bags and found out along the way that the screws are free from the boutique. Just go in with your bag and ask. I've been given them to take home and then fix independently. That's my experience anyway.
