Pre-loved and repairs

Quick question about purchasing preloved, will LV ever do repairs on items that weren't directly bought from the store?

Yes, as long as it's an authentic piece, they will have their repair specialist evaluate it to see if it qualifies for a repair first, before giving an estimate. Some things they won't offer to fix.
