Prairie satchel - durable?

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone who has the prairie satchel could share their experience with the bag. I'm thinking about buying this one: http://uk.coach.com/coach-designer-...n-pebble-leather/34340.html?dwvar_color=SVEJL

I'm wanting to use it as a daily bag, so it might be subject to heavy items and I'm concerned by how thin the straps are - are they strong enough for regular use?I normally carry my wallet, a Chromebook or tablet, makeup, scarf, diary in my handbag and it can get quite heavy.

Any information about the durability of the prairie is appreciated. Thanks

I have the first version of the Prairie, the one without the pocket in the front. I use it as my daily work bag, it's very sturdy and roomy. If you pack it too much it does get heavy. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info ☺ I'm glad to hear it holds up well for daily use. I had a look at it in store and although it seems a bit smaller than I had hoped, it will be a good reason to carry less.
