Prada wicker basket bag repairs

Hi, I have recently purchased a preloved Prada wicker basket bag but part of the side has cracked. Poteially it may of been sold like this (pictures did not show the sides) or it may have been squished during delivery resulting in the crack. Has anyone had thier wicker bag repaired by Prada? is it service they offer? if not, where would be the best place to have this fixed?

Any help would be great!

Agree with PT.. wicker is more fragile than it looks..
Could it have cracked during shipping? Did you feel it was well packed/secure?

Noo! When it arrived it didn't have any pextra rotective wrap around it but it was inside a box which didn't look like it was damaged

Return immediately, it looks like they sold you a faulty bag.
