prada purse broke!

first of all, it is real. the material that is attached to the zipper broke. it is what you hold to open and close the purse. is it possible to repair it? where do i take it to get fixed?

Try bringing it back to a Prada Store..they do have repair service. However, there might be a charge for the repairs.
