Prada Hawaii doesn't give fedex tracking numbers anymore??

Hi girls!! I recently ordered a Prada bag and wallet from PRADA HAWAII through the email that i got here [email protected]
THANKS!! :D

Most of the girls here order from Joana, but then when I emailed them i forgot to put her name on the subject line, and a girl named Julie Yuen, replied promptly and nicely so I just placed my order through her -

When my order was placed and credit card was charged, i asked for the tracking number, but she replied:
"We are unable to give you the tracking number due to the new policy for security reason. I will follow up with you about your package"

Has anyone experienced this lately? Why wouldn't they give it when it's my package anyways? :confused1:

Anyway, for those who ordered from Hawaii, how long does it usually take?

yup because i think people will misuse it if its send out wrongly. so they dont send but u can try
note that ting is from overseas... so maybe there's some polices for shipping within USA

My 2nd one from Joanna, I asked if my shipment would go out Thursday; and she said probably Friday because the stock people were busy working on new shipment received Wed. I replied to tell her to send tracking number. But I did not get a reply.

Hi

I have received a email from Joanna . SHe said now they don't give the tracking no. to customers but she will help to track for you.

I got a tracking number for something I received last Monday. I guess they are really enforcing the policy now. She replied to let me know she sent my BR4393 last Friday. I should be getting it today. Woo hoo!

Wow! You so good! receive first! Mine also sent out last Friday but Joanna said my parcel will only arrived Thursday.

It's true that they don't give out tracking numbers anymore via email but Joana said you can just call her and she'll give it to you.

They ship fast through fedex. my package arrived after 2-3 days and i love it!
