I find myself looking to carry smaller bags. This has led to a pouch dilemma! I have the NF pouch, Pochette Accessories NM and cosmetic PM. All fairy sizable. Would any of these work as a catchall in the PM?

but that barely fits a Porte Cartes, not a whole Pochette 
If you are referring to the pochette Métis, yes the cosmetic pm would work and I’ve used that before. I personally prefer using the toiletry 15 or 19.
mini pochette probably the best if you want to have a bit room around and easily take it in & out, otherwise lots of bags will fit such as cosmetic PM, tolietry 19, double zip pochette etc
Based on the options, the cosmetic pm would likely be the front runner and you might have to get creative with the placement. I am not sure of the dimensions of the neverfull pouch, but that one is iffy depending on what you put in it. I put the toiletry 19 in the center compartment and it fits, but takes up the entire space. I use a toiletry 15 or a mini pochette in my empriente PM.
