Pouch (similar to the neverfull one)

I Love the pouch that comes with the neverfull, but don't really have the need for the tote - just the pouch.

I think I read that you cant buy it separately (pre-loved is an option), so just wanted to ask if there are similar options. Not looking to spend too much, under $250.

I know this is an old post but I bought a Michael Kors one in pebbles leather at TJ Max. It’s the same size but expands more since it isn’t glazed along the bottom. I like it more than the NF pouch too.
