Hello , I’m hoping someone can advise me correctly before I give customer service a call. I purchased a medium pouch for my daughter last week. Inside if there is a serial number under a little black leather tab … but there is no corresponding card … is this normal ? Also no sign of a cleaning cloth with it. I would have expected one. Anyone have any thoughts ?

They stopped the authentication card a while back I believe and the cloth is hit or miss... Sometimes if it's brand new unopened they will have it but most of the time there won't be any cause the employees threw it out when they opened the bag to show customers
Many thanks KuroKuma. I’m waiting for customer service to call me back as I would be happier with this properly resolved before I give it to my daughter. Lady on main switchboard was helpful , I need to totally rely on them sorting it as I’m too far out from stores to go back in this side of Christmas.
