Posting Photos

Tried posting pics won't upload the files on left hand corner not highlighted has like a grey color. Help please. ThanksThere is a difference between profile picture and avatar. The one that shows up with your posts is the avatar!
Trying to update my avatar pic but I keep getting upload of file failed. It is 65x63 pixels. Do I need to make it larger?
(and now I have no pic at all because after the upload failing I thought I had to tick the box to delete my old pic first...nope)
Ok - I just posted this - my profile says no photo (after trying to change the picture to a new one) but my old photo is still here. Curious and curiouser
Never mind - I just figured it out. It was the avatar I wanted to change but was changing my profile pic instead. I am still getting the upload failed message each time, but it seems to have worked anyway
