Post suggestions for the Balenciaga forum here

How about individualized style threads? Having a dedicated section called something like "your style blog" or "style blogs" or "member style threads" and then any member has a thread within that style section that is for that person to "own". Like the collections section where people start threads about one persons bags and people comment but don't post their bags.
This is different from "post what you are wearing" because that's everyone posting on the same thread.
I just realized this question was targeted for the Balenciaga sub-forum but my suggestion is for the general forum....not a specific sub-forum.

OK...I have a suggestion for the Balenciaga forum. I think the Moto jacket thread could be taken out of the clubhouse section and put in the main section at the top...made into a sticky.
Also, in that same section and made into a sticky could be the oldies or vintage Balenciagas.
If there is not enough room to include these two, I would take out 'Balenciaga sighting yesterday... was it YOU?' and the "What's in your Bbag?" stickies.

I meant that the style "blogs" would be in the forum and not be personal style blogs already established outside of the forum. I shouldn't have used the word "blog" as that's confusing.
Something like the collections thread you mention but for wardrobe and that would include bags, certainly. But the focus would be on clothing.
Thanks for the suggestions! I've un-stuck the Balenciaga Sighting and What's in Your Bbag stickies as they're not getting the traffic they used to. However, the Moto Jacket thread is a very narrow topic and only very popular among a handful of members. Same thing for Oldies. There's also already a chat sticky.

Amy (*MAGJES*) .. THANK YOU; I identified that the 2010 F/W colors were missing ages ago, but the mod told me "no, they're there". I've always kept a separate list anyhow, but yes .. since it's a Reference Thread, it needs to be updated correctly!!

No I don't think there would be much interest in a Bal wardrobe thread. I was meaning a wardrobe thread for individual members to post their general outfits. And yes, I think a section like that could be set up in the wardrobe area. I don't know if there is any interest for most members but there are so many style blogs outside of tPF it seems that there is interest generally in showing the evolution of ones style in a thread dedicated to a single individuals point of view.
Just tossing out an idea...have no idea if this has any traction. I would guess that is doesn't as no one is commenting....and that seems a pretty good indicator.
