I did a search and I didn't find any threads specifically about vintage shoes so I thought I would start one! Here is a pair from my collection, nude colored lizard skin ankle straps by Halston from the 70's made in Italy, I got them for $20, such a steal! I have other pairs but haven't taken any pics yet. Those will be coming soon!

So, show me your vintage shoes ladies! I need some new eye candy!

Hey there, Halston buddy!

I got mine for $3 at a thrift store. They're hardly worn and from the wear on the soles, I'd guess ONCE! They're a smidge big but I donated my old pair of t-straps and had to get another pair to replace them.

Black patent ferragamo pumps with little shoe medallions. All the little designs on the medallions are ferragamo designs!

I would love to see someone in springolators, just because. No particular reason, lol. Those crocs are TDF!!!!! As are the Charles Jourdans!

Thanks LVmom! I actually have some springolators but they are a tad bit narrow right now, need to have them stretched, then maybe we can commence with the modeling pics.

The majority of the shoes I have on here are from shops around Austin, the Jourdans, which I actually had dyed, they were originally the same color as the insole, are from Newport Beach and the lizards are from Ebay.

:bump: Anyone have any new additions to their vintage shoe collections?

I have a couple and I need to post pics soon. I had some vintage reproductions made from snakeskin that I should post as well, just for fun!

This is such a fun idea for a thread! I love vintage heels, and all the lower heel styles really make them wearable. Too bad I am such a shorty! :P

Great pics, ladies!!
