Possible to leave feedback after 30 days!

Hi everyone,

Before you all start thinking I waited 30 days to leave feedback, let me explain.
I bought a bag from the US and it was held hostage at the custom departement for over 3 weeks, as a result the auction "expired" and I can no longer leave feedback... However, this seller has been SO amazing and kind I would really like to leave her (very positive) feedback.

Is there still a way to do it??
