possible to find cartier pieces other than the cartier store?

Hello girls, im looking for the cartier silk charity love bracelet. Im ok with it being slightly used / older version. I called the cartier store and they told me that you do not have to purchase it from them to be able to change the sting.

Does anyone know where i can find one for a bit less than the cartier store sells it? The $500 price is throwing me off .
