Possible repair?

Hi all!

Long time no see!! I have had this particular purse from Coach Poppy line (forget the name of the bag itself) but the leather piping is all cracking and nasty... Do you think they will send in for repair or give merch credit?

I think it really depends on how bad it is and if it's considered normal wear or not. I'd take it in to a local store and see what they say. They may even do a return and give you credit in the store. Good luck, I hope they help you out!
