positano serial numbers please help!!

Hi girls
Am considering a Buy It Now positano for US$870. The serial number showing was 153033 467891 and I have just seen another posting which indicated a fake serial tag which had the same last 6 digits. Alarm bells!! Can anyone with a positano please help?
