Posing with your feet crossed??

First things first, WHY do celebs pose standing up with their feet crossed?? Does it give them more of a womanly shape??

It make make them stand a certain way to make them look better. I'm pretty sure some of the celebrities practice their stance for the red carpet.

I think it makes you look thinner, and you can't stand that way with your toes pointed outward.....like a duck. Which makes your legs really look bad.

i actually do it; i'm not a celeb though!! when i'm at events, i find myself standing that way, and not on purpose. it's b/c i'm either chilly (hate wearing sleeveless dresses in a/c'ed rooms) or i feel more secure and won't fall down in my high heels.

The legs crossed pose doesn't bother me. I hate the pigeon-toed (toes pointed inward) pose that Paris Hilton and Scarlet Johanson always have, its so insecure loooking.
