Poshmark Seller Blackoutny?

I'm in the market for this key case -

But I'm a little sketched out. Has anyone purchased from them before?

I mean if she was going to sell it at regular price then chances are no one would buy it - you might as well just go to the Gucci boutique if that was the case. she posted pics of the actual item and packaging. I wouldn't be sketched out tbh
