I recently signed up for Poshmark hoping to get rid of some clothes. I have never bought anything on it (I only buy from department stores or the designer directly). I was browsing and found some shoes with a great price. I should have known it was too good to be true. I received a clear fake. You cannot tell in pictures, but its clear they're fake when you put these shoes side by side with the real ones.

I submitted a refund request, but was denied.
Can you appeal? What can I do?

It's on you to prove they're fake, with specifics or a third-party authentication. Did you?

I thought Posh has a full refund policy if not as described or not authentic. Either way, I expect it would be on you to prove it, not just state it, with details, photos from the listing vs. what you received, and/or third-party authentication.

When I had a fake item show up, I had it authenticated knowing it would likely come back as fake, which it did. I contacted Poshmark with a screenshot of the results and a request for a refund, which was granted and I was sent a label to ship the item back to the seller. It was a bag charm well under the $500 mark, but they accepted the third party results with no question. I'm sorry your experience hasn't been as smooth.
