I purchased a LV on Poshmark on Jan.1st, was shipped immediately by the seller to Poshmark "Headquarters" if this is even a real thing, arrived on Jan.5th. Since then, nothing. Since this company has absolutely no customer service besides email "support " , which also doesn't exist, I'm not sure where I go with this. Needless to say, I'm completely done with them. Anyone else have this issue with this company ??

I've only bought a few things on PM that qualified for authentication, but I didn't have any problems. In fact, they alerted me to an odor during authentication of a bag I purchased and allowed me to cancel the order. Have you tried opening a case with them (if that's possible)? I wonder if there is a staffing issue. In any event, 2+ weeks seems way to long to not hear anything.

Unfortunately no, you cannot open a case, all of my emails are answered with a standard form response. I recently sold a bag on ebay, authentication took one day. The fact that they have zero phone support says it all. I guess my only resort at this stage is a legal one.

What a nightmare, I hope you get this sorted out ASAP. This has always been my biggest fear of selling or buying online. Did you purchase via PayPal? I think they are always on buyer’s side. Or open a credit card case?

I paid with a debit card, but I have an appointment with an attorney next week as I feel Poshmark basically stole my money. They have the item, they have the money. Not sure how else to look at it and since they have zero customer service, no other option. I've had communication with the seller, all she can say is she's sorry, not much else she can do honestly.

Don’t worry, you’ll get it! I purchased an item 12/25 (arrived to HQ 12/28) and it was stuck in authentication for weeks. They did send me an email saying they were running behind. I finally got my item this past Tuesday, and paid for a third party authentication to be sure, and the item was indeed legit. I have another item I purchased 1/5 still in authentication, but I’m not worried. They’ll get to it when they can. You can contact them on their general posh support page, they did eventually get back to me and let me know they were running behind.
