Are you getting hit by the hurricane winds over there? We could use some rain here but don't want hurricane kind. Hopefully you dry out soon.

The winds have died down a little recently in my area. We've had our power flicker a few times yesterday and today, but luckily we haven't had any outages at my house (which is a nice change from last winter; I hope our luck holds).

Sounds cool. I'm not sure my "closest" boutique is considered big enough to do receptions like that. I have a flagship boutique a little south of me --- probably big enough for events, but I rarely go there. :-/

Yeah, that was an unrelated pre-cursor to the big event ...... that was the giant mass of rain and wind that went over us last night too (I'm a few states down from you). :-/ The hurricane is in a few days, with the latest "cone" shooting the center almost straight up the Chesapeake Bay. Nervous sigh.

I did get one! I'm not sure if I'll be able to go but it's the first time Coach has invited me to anything like this. I'm surprised they are having one here.

Ya I don't know if I'm going to go either. I hate driving I-5 in Portland. This is the 1st event I've been invited to also. Towards the beginning of the yr I had an SA there email me about setting things aside for the PCE but I never went. Or set foot in that store. Maybe they are emailing everyone in the area that has email on file.
