Can any of you ladies recommend a jeweler in Portland, Oregon?

We're shopping for wedding rings and are on a limited budget (we're talking a budget in the hundreds, not thousands).

I see affordable styles online that I like a lot. But so far, local selection seems much more limited. Granted, as DF has been in the hospital for a long time, our search has been very limited, and it's been mall jewelers.

We would like to find non-chain jewelers in the Portland area and expand our search. The wedding will be (G-d willing!!) in September, so we must get cracking.

If anyone has recommendations....I'm all ears!

There is one downtown called Miller International, they are kind of wholesalers / special designers. Other than that, we don't have a lot here... (We're too small).

I know you said no chains, but that's really all we have. Have you checked anywhere else downtown? Like Carl G, Kassab, Zell Bros? Or Shane Co. in Beaverton?
