Popped stitch - Mini Dionysus

My husband just noticed a popped stitch on my mini dionysus he just got it for me 5 months ago. Will Gucci repair this for free or do anything to fix it? I'm so sad

They took my bag in for repair. They said it typically takes 2 months for the whole process. I hope she comes back to me in pristine condition
