I have found my perfect gold/bronze metallic bag - Michael Kors Tonne Hobo in Champagne. I just love the more subdued metallic than you usually see in gold or even bronze. The genuine snake accents are really cool too. Sorry for the closet shot, but it most accurately shows the color. Just wanted to share this beauty. Must have been the last one on NM website, they also price matched the MK site which was 30% off.

OH THAT IS BEYOND STUNNING!!! I have the navy Tonne in my pic - this line is so luxurious and posh. That champagne is the perfect bag, I'm a bit jealous!! We never got that color in Canada so I've not seen it IRL but always admired it so much in pics.

Thank you I'm really loving this color. I had the navy tonne very briefly, it was just too big for me. This one is much smaller than the drawstring tonne. The drawstring has beautiful details and the navy snake accent is just TDF.
I was so upset to discover some problems when I took this bag outside in the bright sun. The back panels did not match, which I could tell inside in a more subtle way but outside it was like WOW how very embarrassingfor me and even more so for MK!!! And on the front there were three spots, two which were small and one which was quite a bit larger by the zipper where the metallic finish did not adhere to the leather. So I had to figure for the price I paid, even at 30% off it was $600 with tax, could not live with these imperfections and decided to send the baby back. So beware if you see one pop up on NM website, because there was just one in stock, it is not 100% great. Anyway I got something in its place that is sorta metallic that I'm posting in a new thread.
BUYER BEWARE - Neiman Marcus & Michael Kors both have this bag back up on their website. There is only one bag as I found out when I purchaesd it, the one I got which I am calling less than perfect and even defective. Don't do it! MK has it on sale $556 NM full price just like last time & they price match MK sale price.
