Mansur Gavriel Poor quality on patent mini mini sun bag?

I bought this bag online and was so excited for it to arrive but the back handle is completely discolored. Has anyone else seen this with a patent bag? I'm okay with it discoloring over time with use (obviously it's going to happen with a light colored patent bag), but I would have liked it to be perfect when brand new.

Did you buy this at Mansur Gavierl site? If it’s a poor quality I would return it. I recently brought the mini mini duffle and their logo faded. I contacted the customer service and choose to return it through the store. Make sure and indicate what’s wrong with your bag and snap pics of it. Sigh I had to let go of the duffle.

Oh noes!! Did you get this during the sample sale ? I purchased the same bag and am awaiting delivery.

Patent leather bags often turn yellow with age...it's especially noticeable on lighter color bags.
