Poor Quality on Damier Graphite Jorn (Used Few Hours!) - Has this happened to you ??

just wondering if you were able to take it back and what did LV say?

I took it back and they agreed to replace all the 4 pieces (the 4 chaps they called it) free of charge. However, I asked them if there was anyway this would not happen again, they just told me just wait for the repair to finish, try using it again and take it from there ....
