Policeauction site legit?

I wanted to try this but im not sure if this is a scam...have anyone tried this site? I used to order from bidz.com but its no longer running. So I have been looking for something similar. This popped up in the kijiji page.

It does say on the bottom of the site that policeauctions.com is not actually affiliated with local or federal government organizations -- so I would assume the site is not legit IMHO
