I was wondering how the handle would feel on the shoulder and if it would be uncomfortable, but it feels very soft and nice
Today i took my Solé bag out and i can confirm that it’s the most comfortable bag to carry because it doesn’t slip from the shoulder at all. You can go totally hands-free. I love it 
I just received my Polène Solé today! It took longer than expected because I canceled my original purchase in Ebony and got black instead (it arrived in 3 days). I tried changing the color by contacting customer service, but they told me I had to cancel and reorder it.
Anyway, here is the Solé in black! I took pictures of it compared to my other Polène pieces (Dix, Béri, and Neiti) and next to my LV wallet. I honestly wish it was a little bigger! The bag is a lot smaller than expected. For reference, an iPad Air cannot fit (shown below). The LV wallet technically fits, but the pouch will not close with the magnets; however, it will fit fine without the pouch (though I like the look better with the pouch inside). An iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 15 do fit. I am sure a small water bottle could fit, too. I took many pictures so that everyone could see the bag's details! Without the pouch, the logo is stamped on the bottom. The pebbles have a marble-like finish and are not uniformly black- which I think is nice! I would blend in fingerprints or if a pebble got scratched somehow.
OVERALL, I really like the style, but I am 50/50 on keeping it!
Some pros:
- comfortable on the shoulders
- cute/ unique style
- can switch it up by removing the pouch
- can fit the basics (phone, wallet, lip balm, etc)
Some cons:
- a bit on the smaller side
- while the pouch has a magnetic closure, the bag itself has no closure.
*Note: As I mentioned, the pouch is removable; however, my pouch has a defect on one of the buttons :/ It's my first time having an issue with one of their bags. I contacted customer service about it! I might replace the pouch or return it overall. What do you think? (:

This is the first Polene I actively hate. The hippy dippy style is polar opposite of mine and for some reason this looks worn out though it’s new.
I agree with others that this looks like a beaded pot holder or curtain - and not in a good way. And the straps look tangly, cheap & inexpensive
