Hi!

my have studs which I screw to fix them. It hurts when I put them in my ears and when I tool a closer look I noticed that the ending is not pointed but more "flat" and "wide".

Since the pair is the first pair with screws I like to know if this is the normal shape or if I could get them adjusted (more pointed maybe?) so they would go through more smoothly.

They can easily round the edges and smooth it.
I took them to the jeweller and he apologized, tested the sharpness with his fingers and next wednesday everything should be like it should be - rounded, not sharp.

I am not the least disappointed that they stay at the jeweller over the weekend, because when I go to the public pool with chlorine, I leave them at home and I during the summer months I live in a not so safe place, compared to my regular home. So I rather have them somewhere safe. Altough the jeweller has been robbed once!

Yikes! I'd think jewelers being robbed is rare. There's so much security at so many that it's not worth it!

I am glad he can take care of that. :)

sshhhhht, tell noone: in Vienna they rob jewellers on a regular basis - one or two years ago they robbed Breguet.
I hope they don't come at daytime ...

Thank you again for your support!! :smile1:
