Pochette Metis S-Lock Replacement/Repair???

Hello, I have a pochette metis I purchased brand new at the boutique . It's almost three years old now, anyways, I scratched it pretty bad within a week of purchasing it. Does anyone know if I can have the scratch buffed out, or if they know the cost to replace the s-lock? Any advice or input would be great. Thanks in advance !

If you take it to your local store, they will give you an exact quote to replace the lock.
