Yes x100! This exact bag was my very first designer bag purchase years ago, and even though my collection has grown to 8 bags since then (gulp) I still secretly consider the PM my favorite of them all - I always grab it for travel or anytime I need a carefree bag bc the leather is so hardy and can be caught in the rain, bumped around and still look great, and it fits everything I need for a day out and about on the town, and can still be then dressed up for a dinner out. Seriously the most versatile bag - I love it so much!

The pochette Métis in empreinte is a besutiful bag and can be worn either/ daily/ casual/ office or even at a dinner. However she will crack on the flap after using it some time and LV won't repair that, so keep that in mind. On the canvas bags they will!

I’ve had mine over 3 years and use it all the time - absolutely no cracking! The leather is stiff to start and then softens up with use. I don’t think cracking is at all a common issue with the empriente leather …

I love my black PM and I mainly use her in winter and autumn. I got her 2 years ago and there is a tiny crack at the flap and now I take care not to bend the flap too much. I hope it doesn’t get worse but I would go into store if it would.

Yes, yes and yes. I own the black empreinte pochette metis since 2018 and it's definitely one of my favourite LV pieces. I never babied it but the leather is still beautiful. It's softer and glossier now which makes it even more lovely. The only noticeable and minor issue I have is the brass coating on the d-ring has darkened and one of the strap clips has tarnished (I blame this on my gel sanitizer keychain).

I’m going to chime in here and add my YES to answer the title of this thread. I bought mine in August 2021 and have zero regrets. I don’t use it every day as I need a larger bag for work purposes, but I have used it quite a bit. The empreinte leather has held up BEAUTIFULLY. It’s a stunning bag that looks so classy. It’s also extremely comfortable to wear and fits quite a bit of stuff. You won’t regret it, especially since you don’t own a PM.

the leather will also crack overtime, unless u barely use the bag, like maybe a few times. Mine is from 2018 and I didn't used it the past 2 years, last year I went to LV and ask for repair and they told me it's leather and that's normal wear and tear.
