Pochette Eva or pochette Camille

Hey everyone,

I noticed that the Eva was released again in mono. I love my Eva DE and always regretted not buying it in mono, so I was very excited to see that it has been revived. However, when I was at the LV store, another customer was trying on the Camille pochette in dune monogram and I was really blown away by it. Unfortunatley she bought the only available pochette Camille, so I couldn't try it on.

Does anyone have any experience with the Camille? Is it a versatile bag and can it hold enough? The Eva and the pochette accessoire are just the right size for me for a small bag. The Felicie on the other hand is a bit too small for my needs, and I wouldn't get enough use out of the Camille if it's more the size of the Felicie.

It'll be my last LV bag for quite some time, as I already bought a speedy recently, so I want to make sure to buy the right one.

Choosing between both, my first choice would be pochette Camille. It holds more than the new Eva (and imo even slightly more than PA), keeps its shape when staffed with no problem (whereas the thin canvas on the new Eva curves following the shape of larger bulky items inside such as a Phone), and has imo a more interesting appeal (with the S-lock). Meanwhile I’m absolutely in LVoe with my Camille and can highly recommend it. Regarding wear & tear, I guess the only aspect to show wear quickly will be the lock, but mine is holding on good so far.

I’m pleasantly surprised how much my new baby Pochette Camille holds - and wanted to share it with our lovely TPF community. This bag holds more than the comparable ones like Lily or Ivy - which offers a great value for money, considering the price point of Camille. I can fit the following items without „playing Tetris“, still having a bit of room for more:
- cardholder with four cards & cash
- regular key pouch with keys & key chain
- pack of tissues
- two (or more) lip products in a felt pouch
- airpods
- not on the pic: my phone (iPhone 14), which I typically place at the back of the bag.
Despite the chain & the lock, Camille remains very lightweight (compared e.g. to Ivy or Lily).
